She feels incredibly blessed by the Grace of God to be the Director of the Volunteer Ministry, the Flag Dance Ministry: “Hadassah” and a Women’s Ministry called “Restart”. Myrna has been preaching God’s Word at her church for three years. She carries a thankful and humble heart toward God as she serves Him and His Kingdom.

She is the daughter of Lee and John Brown, the mother of Tony, Lee, Marcie, and Glenn II, and grandmother of Khamari. God called her two sons (Tony and Lee) Home to be with Him on January 28, 1997 and then called her daddy on January 28, 2013.
Venus is also known as Principal DeLoach in CPS (Chicago Public Schools). She has been the Proud Principal of Caver Elementary since March 2021. She loves working with her staff and students.
Although Venus has experienced some tumultuous storms in life, she's grateful to be a witness to God's Grace and Mercy!
